Founded in 2007 with a single-minded objective of bringing about a qualitative change in campus recruitments, Ethnus has carved a niche for itself by focusing on mentoring and consulting at the grass root levels; be it students, colleges or even training programs.
Our understanding so far tells us that most students need to cover a lot of ground in basic aptitude skills, communication, exposure to relevant industries and interpersonal abilities . Ethnus makes every effort to plug this gap and make every student industry-ready.
A brain child of Badrinath, an engineer by qualification and alumnus of RVCE Bangalore, Ethnus has trained over 8000 students and most of them are leading their happily-ever-afters with large MNCs. Less than two years into formation, we have partnered with several renowned engineering & undergraduate colleges in Karnataka.
Through these experiences we have made a visible difference in the society and enriched ourselves. More importantly, the lives of students.
