Social Initiative
Socially responsible acts have always been a conscious effort at Ethnus. We have delineated our corporate social responsibilities and objectives and have identified areas we could own and make a difference. Lately, we came up with a program through which we teach kids from villages over the weekends and train them on communication skills, career goals and various other academic associated modules.
We also went head on into a community that's usually discarded by the majority of the population and by the constitution of India - the transgender. They are also part of the creation process, and we felt we needed to educate, train and motivate to get them closer to the numerous professional opportunities they can explore. This is done in partnership with a NGO, SANGAMA.
