You’d be interested to know how we started. A few of us are recruiters for top IT companies we work for. While recruiting, one thing was glaringly evident. The indifference and lack of finesse that most under-graduates these days come with to the workplace.
While the need for skilled manpower in India is on the rise, the quality of manpower available doesn’t match industry requirements.
We treaded this exploratory path to fill the existing need gap and address the fundamental yet bigger issue, we founded Ethnus. A centre for mentoring under-graduates to get an entry into the rather demanding corporate world.
